France, dordogne, perigord, bed and breakfast, the house.

Our beautiful home is situated in the small hamlet at Montfort, close to the river Dordogne, in the heart of the Perigord Noir region of France.
At only 4 km from Sarlat, we are near to all of the major sites of the Dordogne Valley, yet in a tranquil location.
We offer 4 classically decorated double/ triple bedrooms - all ensuite, plus a Family Suite of 2 bedrooms.
1 bedroom suitable for disabled guests.

The hamlet of Monfort, dominated by the Chateau de Montfort is perfectly placed . Near to Sarlat, and close to all the major sites of Black Perigord: The Castles of Beynac, Castelnaud, Puymartin, Fénelon and Milandes. Beautiful villages at Beynac, La Roque Gageac, Limeuil and Domme. Formal gardens at Marqueyssac and Eyrignac. Pre-history at Roque St Cristophe, Les Eyzies, Lascaux. Grotto at Padirac, La Cave and Domme.
Relax on your holiday here also with golf at Rochebois, canoeing on the river Dordogne, horseriding, cycling, fishing and the tree-top walk at Sarlat.
