Hotel restaurant L'Auberge de la Truffe, temple of Périgourdine gastronomy, welcomes you to Sorges-Ligueux-en-Périgord. In the Périgord region, our restaurant is just forty kilometers northeast of Montignac and the famous Grotte de #Lascaux, an opportunity to enjoy a walk in the heart of nature and take in one of the most emblematic sites in human history.
Truffle capital Sorges-Ligueux-en-Périgord boasts several sites dedicated to truffles. Not far from the Auberge, in the heart of the truffle fields, the Domaine de Saleix welcomes epicureans every year to discover truffle cultivation and truffle hunting with dogs. The Ecomusée de la Truffe, one of the oldest in France, provides further information. Last but not least, our hiking trails make for pleasant strolls on the Causse, a prime truffle-growing area.
