Gîte in Jacquou country for 2 to 4 people between Brive-la-Gaillarde, Périgueux and Sarlat-la-Caneda. The house is located in a charming hamlet in the village of Fossemagne, around a tree-lined, relaxing square.
In the center of the Dordogne, close to the A89 freeway and 500m from the D6089, it's ideally located for access to all the Périgord's activities and tourist centers. The Dordogne abounds in a wide range of activities (visits to painted or concretion cavestroglodyte dwelling, medieval and renaissance castles, amusement park for young and oldmuseums, churches, medieval villages, sporting activities in the trees or on the water, on foot or by bike, animal parks,...).

The single-storey gîteThis 60 m² apartment comprises a large, bright and spacious living room, a bedroom with 2 sleeping areas, a bathroom and a private terrace. La secure pool is shared with B&B guests. You can also enjoy the courtyard, fishpond and garden.

The kitchen is fully equipped with 4 gas hobs, oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, electric kettle and coffee maker.

The sofa-bed (140×200) at salon can sleep 2 extra people or a second couple. It is equipped with a flat-screen TV, radio-CD and a few books and games for children. WIFI access is available throughout the gîte.

The bedroom has 2 separate sleeping areas. It is ideal for a family with 2 children. The parent's area has quality bedding (160X200), bedside tables and lamps, as well as a closet and a shelf to store your belongings for the duration of your stay. Children's beds are 80X200. Bed linen and bath towels are provided free of charge.

The bathroom has a shower, washbasin with mirror, WC, washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.

The sheltered terrace is ideal for meals. A barbecue is also available.

Located in the central Dordogne, the region abounds in outdoor activities. And some sights to suit all tastes and interests.
