Gîte La Baronnie is a traditional French rustic gîte in converted stables and can sleep two to six people in three bedrooms (one with en-suite bathroom). The gite has its own gated courtyard for secure off-road parking.
The kitchen is fully equipped and includes the following items:

salon features free Wi-Fi, a DVD/Blu-ray player and a TV with free UK satellite channels. A selection of board games are available, as well as two adult mountain bikes and a helmet.
Outside is your own private patio with table, chairs, parasol and large Weber charcoal barbecue.
The first floor comprises a salon space separated from a large kitchen/dining room by a traditional flat pass-through. Upstairs are three bedrooms (one en-suite) and a bathroom with shower. Bedroom 1 has a double bed, bedroom 2 has a double bed with en-suite bathroom and bedroom 3 has two single beds. Bedrooms 1 and 2 are equipped with electric radiators. The bathroom and en-suite have a heated towel rail.
A hairdryer is provided in each room. A cot, high chair and baby carriage are available if required. A small safe is provided in room 1.
Quality bed linen is provided, along with fluffy white M & S Egyptian cotton towels. If a change of bed linen or towels is required during the week, a fee may be charged. Stays of more than a week include a Saturday change of linen and towels. Beds are made prior to arrival.
Beach towels are provided for use around the pool. An iron and ironing board are provided.
Because the gîte is situated on a hill, there are balconies, steps and the garden is on different levels. Access to the 1st floor of the gîte is via a steep staircase, and access to the 2nd floor (bedroom 3) is via a spiral staircase. Bedroom 3 is dimly lit. The gîte is not recommended for people with reduced mobility. Young children must be supervised at all times.
