Right in the heart of the pretty town of Montignac, our studio is located on the 2nd floor (no elevator) of a beautiful standing stone building in a historic district.

The apartment is bright, spacious, modern and quiet.
You can walk to Lascaux IV (1.3km).

The accommodation is ideal for a couple with 2 children, but not recommended for 4 adults (120cm sofa bed for 1 or 2 children, or just one adult).

The double bed is 140cmx190cm and the sofa bed is 120cmx190cm in bed position.

It is equipped with a kitchen with induction hob, oven, microwave, large worktop, Tassimo coffee maker and classic filter coffee maker, kettle, toaster...

Bathroom with shower, hairdryer, toiletries.

Linen is included (sheets, towels, bath mats, kitchen towels). Cleaning at the end of your stay is compulsory, at a cost of €20.

Nursery equipment available.

You'll have access to the building's shared laundry room on the first floor, used by us to wash sheets and towels, and by seasonal tenants on the top floor. You can wash, dry and hang your laundry. You can also bring your bicycles in.

Access is gained independently via a key box.
