6.1 Ad entry rules

Please observe the following rules. Failure to do so will prevent your ad from being validated and published. The purpose of these rules is to make searching and reading easier, and to ensure that our ads are presented clearly and consistently to Internet users. The advertiser is solely responsible for its storage and use. If the advertiser forgets their login details, they can retrieve them on request and they will be sent directly to their e-mail address.
The advertiser undertakes to keep it confidential and to bear alone all the consequences, particularly financial, that may result from its use by third parties.
If www.perigord.com has any reason to believe that the security of your login details is at risk, it reserves the right to suspend your access to the service.

7. DISCONTINUATION OF ADVERTISEMENT

7.1 On the part of the advertiser

The advertiser may delete his ad from his customer area or by simple written request to Périgord.com without any right to reimbursement.

7.2 On the part of the publisher

Publication of the advertisement ceases automatically at the end of the subscription period, in the absence of payment for renewal.
The publisher reserves the right to suspend the publication of your advertisements at any time without notice, either temporarily or permanently, if you fail to comply with all or part of these general terms and conditions of sale, or if the publisher considers that your actions are likely to engage its responsibility or endanger the proper functioning of the site, or in the event of fraud or manifest disloyalty. In such cases, you may not claim any right to a refund. Nor may you claim damages and/or compensation of any kind whatsoever.

8. RESPONSIBILITIES

7.1 Responsibilities of the publisher

a. The publisher undertakes to do its utmost to ensure that the advertisements are put on line for the current season. The publication of your advertisement is subject to full compliance with the general terms and conditions of sale.
b. The publisher reserves the right to interrupt access to the site in order to carry out maintenance and/or test operations, and will endeavour to carry out these operations for the shortest possible time. Under no circumstances may the publisher be held liable for such interruptions.
c. Should the publisher be held liable in the performance of its services, the advertiser may only claim, as compensation, the amount paid for the advertisement.
d. The Advertiser acknowledges that the Publisher is bound only by an obligation of means, and that it cannot guarantee the performance of the advertisements published by it.
e. Failure to publish one or more advertisements shall not entitle the Advertiser to any compensation, nor exempt the Advertiser from the payment of advertisements normally justified, nor interrupt agreements in progress. The Publisher will make its best efforts to meet the initial order.

7.2 Advertiser's liability

a. The advertiser assumes full responsibility for the content of the ads he/she requests to be published on www.perigord.com. Advertisers contractually commit themselves to the quality and conformity of the property they offer for rent. Advertisers who declare that they hold a label or classification from an organization are subject to the rules of the latter and assume responsibility for this information transmitted to the publisher. The advertiser, by publishing photos on his ad, assumes to be in possession of the copyrights or to have the contractual authorization to use a photo by its author.
