The gîte is located in the small village of Payzac at campagne in the Périgord Vert region, on a 5-hectare property overlooking the Auvezère valley. Its covered terrace lets you enjoy sunny days well into the night.
The heated swimming pool below the gîte is a great place to take a dip. Of course, the pool is secured by a fence and gate.
The garden is a haven of peace.
The gîte comprises two bedrooms, each with its own upstairs toilet. Its dining room and salon can also be used as a bedroom.
The kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, gas stove, microwave and fridge, and the bathroom has a 2nd toilet with shower and washbasin.
