Gîte de la Grange de la Bergerie and Robert's house sleeps 24

To accommodate 24 people, we have grouped together 2 gîtes: la grange la bergerie and Robert's house.

The barn: 4 bedrooms, sleeps 12, 160 m².

The barn is a large Loft-style duplex gîte with a 60 m2 ground floor which is the living area of the house with salon, living room with wood-burning stove, plasma screen, hi-fi system, DVD player, large, very spacious fully-equipped kitchen.

Large bay windows provide plenty of natural light and unobstructed views over the fields. Upstairs, small salon, 3 bedrooms with 160 x 200 beds and a "dormitory" with 6 90 x 190 beds. 3 bathrooms, 2 with bath and one with shower, 2 wc. Large terrace with furniture, parasol and gas barbecue. Equipment kitchen: dishwasher, electric oven, ceramic hob, fridge, freezer, microwave, washing machine, tumble dryer, coffee maker and toaster.
All our beds are equipped with comforters and we supply the sheets.

La Bergerie: 1 bedroom, 2/4 people, 35 m2.

Small, light-filled gîte with windows offering unobstructed views of the campagne. Salon with plasma screen, fitted kitchen and sofa bed. 1 bedroom with 160 x 200 bed and bathroom with walk-in shower, corner washbasin and toilet. Terrace with furniture, parasol and gas barbecue.
Kitchen equipment: dishwasher, electric oven, ceramic hob, fridge, freezer, microwave, coffee maker and toaster.

All our beds are equipped with comforters and we supply the sheets.

3-bedroom gîte for 8 people

Robert's house was the farmhouse.
Renovated and modified, it now comprises 2 spacious bedrooms with 160 x 200 beds and a bedroom with 4 90 x 190 beds, for a total surface area of 80m².

The salon, adorned with its cantou (local fireplace) and wood-burning stove, opens onto a terrace shaded by fig trees and overlooking the pool.
It is equipped with plasma screen, hi-fi system and DVD player.
Bathroom with walk-in shower, separate toilet and washing machine. Fitted kitchen with dishwasher, electric oven, ceramic hob, fridge and freezer.
All our beds are equipped with comforters and we supply sheets.
