Le Gîte Teulet is an old farmhouse restored to its original charm, set in a small hamlet a few kilometers from Perigueux on the way to Sarlat.
It comprises 3 bedrooms with 2 double beds (140cm) and 2 single beds (90cm), 1 double bed (160cm x 200cm), a main room with kitchen and period fireplace, a bathroom with separate toilet, a large 50 m2 salon with table soccer, and a mezzanine with extra bed.
The terrace with its salon garden overlooks a large green space planted with trees, a playground for children is arranged under an old oak.
Equipment offered: Gas hob, dishwasher, oven, washing machine, microwave, kitchen utensils, fridge freezer and TNT television.
This gîte is located right in the center of our department, ideal for organizing excursions.
