Xabi, Élise and the children are delighted to present their gîte: La Petite Vallée.
It is located 1.5km from the village of Rouffignac St Cernin, in the Périgord Noir region.
Rouffignac St Cernin, a village of around 1,600 inhabitants located on the Périgueux-Sarlat axis, is an ideal base for visiting the most beautiful sites in Périgord. We will be delighted to advise you on what to see during your stay.
Close to all amenities (supermarket, kiosk, petrol station, hairdressers, bars, restaurants, post office, Sunday market, etc.), our gîte enjoys a peaceful atmosphere, set in 5 hectares of mainly wooded grounds with lovely views.
You can relax on your terrace by the heated swimming pool (from May to the end of September - outside this period, and temperatures permitting, the pool can be heated for a supplement of €50), then dine under your covered terrace where a superb WEBER barbecue is at your disposal.
Our house is on the same plot, but the 2 houses are separated (wall and gate) and the pool is private.
