Built over 900 years ago as a monastery and the first settlement in the Hameau de Tayac. It's 1 km / 8 minutes' walk from the center of Les Eyzies. You'll be able to enjoy nature while being close to restaurants and the lively town center.
The comfortable rooms, in warm Périgord colors, are equipped with en-suite showers, soft towels, bathrobes and pool towels, tea and bath sets. Three rooms offer direct access to part of the garden. A cot is available on request.
When the weather's fine, Eleonore serves breakfast in the garden. This includes home-made pastries and jams. On reservation, we can prepare an evening menu.
In both lounges, you'll find a Nespresso machine, a wide selection of teas, a refrigerator and armchairs.
The 12×5 m swimming pool, located next to the historic tobacco barn, is equipped with sun loungers and seats.
In the spacious, flower-filled garden, you'll find two covered terraces and other romantic spots for a picnic at lunchtime or an aperitif in the evening.
You can rent canoes and go horseback riding just 5 minutes from our home. Hiking and cycling trails start right outside our door. Excellent bicycles are available for hire and will be delivered to you if ordered in advance.

You'll find history here too. Cédric will be delighted to play music on one of the many gramophones. Enjoy Edith Piaf, Yves Montand, Josephine Baker or Elvis in the salon fireplace. Enjoy the library on the second floor, with books in French, English, German and other languages.
