Upstairs: 1 bedroom with 3 beds, 1 bedroom with 2 beds and their shared shower room with shower, basin and toilet. 1 double bedroom and its en suite bathroom with toilet.
2000 m2 garden, secure swimming pool (5 x 10 m).
Veranda with built-in barbecue, private garage.
Not overlooked or adjoining. All linen is provided free of charge.
