THE AQUALUD AQUATIC CENTRE OF BERGERAC is pleased to welcome you:

The pools and areas of the Aqualud

A 25-METRE POOL
Six lanes approved for competitions.
A depth of 1.20m to 1.80m for swimming, learning and leisure activities (aqua gym, aqua training...)
A LEARNING POOL
Including 2 corridors of 15m, 3 massaging cells, 2 geysers, 1 bubble bench, accessible by a staircase.
A POOL OF ACTIVITIES
70m² with movable floor to go from 0 to 4 metres deep. Specific lighting and sound system for activities.
CHILDREN'S PLAYGROUND (PATAUGEOIRE) 22m² with differentiated water jets
WELLNESS AREA
Two saunas, a cold water bath, a Jacuzzi, a starry sky hammam; a sensation shower; a hydromassage shower; a classic shower and a dedicated outdoor deck.

The activities

Adult entertainment:

Aqua Phobia 30 minutes: 5 people accompanied by a lifeguard.
To overcome the fear of water with calm and patience.
Aqua Jogging 45 minutes : Want to break the running routine?
Try Aqua Jogging by running in the water of the large pool.
You must be able to swim and have sufficient support to follow a rhythmic course.
Aqua Palmes 45 minutes : Looking for a cardio activity to shape your legs and buttocks? Aqua Palmes is a high intensity activity where it is imperative to know how to swim, put your head under water, lie on your stomach and on your back. Pairs of fins not included.
Aqua Bike 45 minutes : To pedal in the warmth all year round?
This activity is accessible to all and the intensity varies according to the coach.
Aqua Training 45 minutes : Afraid of a boring class? Impossible with Aqua Training: a circuit made up of bicycles, trampolines, steps, dumbbells, etc.
Each coach energises the course in his own way!
Aqua Gym 45 minutes: The most popular activity in the pool!
2 types of courses are offered:
- Low to medium intensity classes: accessible to all, regardless of age and physical condition.
- Medium to high intensity classes: requiring good balance, being able to repeat intensive efforts and following the coach's rhythm. Medical advice is strongly recommended.

Children's activities

Aquakids
45 minutes
15 children per lifeguard.
CE1 "The ducks".
CE2 " The frogs ".
CM1 "1st Triton".
CM2 "2nd Triton".
A fun activity that allows children to consolidate their learning of swimming.
Baby swimmers
30 minutes
Group of 10 babies 6 months/1 year "Les Tétards" and 10 babies from
1 year/2 years " Les Hippocampes ".
A special moment in the aqualud between baby and parents to familiarise them with the water and to maintain their apnea reflex.
Water garden
30 minutes
5 children from 2 to 4 years old per "Les Etoiles de Mer" lifeguard.
Acclimatisation to the aquatic environment, early learning path, games...

Aquakids
45 minutes
15 children per lifeguard.
