Le Moulin de la Veyssière

Artisanal oils and flours

Welcome to the Moulin de la Veyssière

The Mill of Veyssière is an almost thousand-year-old mill located in Neuvic, in the heart of the White Périgord. It is the only mill still in activity in the Vern valley and produces artisanal walnut, hazelnut and almond oils and flours.

The production is carried out according to a family know-how transmitted since 1857. The Moulin de la Veyssière focuses on a responsible and sustainable production, in constant research of innovation and excellence. We are committed to using raw materials exclusively from local productions, 100% French.

We welcome visitors all year round to discover our heritage and know-how, with free guided tours and a free oil tasting at the end.

We are proud to be recognized as a Quality Artisan Producer by the Collège Culinaire de France since 2015 and have won several awards for our oils, including a gold medal at the Concours Général Agricole 2020 for our virgin walnut oil. A store located in the old bakery of the mill offers our products, as well as a selection of artisanal gourmet products.

In the spring of 2021, we inaugurated a museum space, an educational orchard and a picnic area to extend your discovery of the Moulin de la Veyssière.
