The former barn of Château les Merles has become a warm and welcoming gastronomic restaurant and brasserie. A few kilometres east of Bergerac between Sarlat and Bordeaux, Les Merles offers seasonal cuisine, dishes prepared by Chef Bas Holten, who uses local produce to offer you healthy and innovative cuisine.

In the courtyard of the castle by candlelight, inside by the large fireplace, or with a view of the open kitchen, create your own à la carte menu from the wide choice of starters, main courses and desserts.
Our brasserie is open 7 days a week for lunch and dinner, our restaurant is open for lunch on Sunday and every day except Tuesday and Wednesday for dinner.
