Restaurant and brasserie at Château les Merles in the Dordogne.
The former Château les Merles has become a warm and welcoming gastronomic restaurant and brasserie. Just a few kilometers east of Bergerac , between Sarlat and Bordeaux, Les Merles offers seasonal cuisine and dishes created by Chef Bas Holten, who uses local produce to create a healthy and innovative menu.

In the castle courtyard by candlelight, indoors by the large fireplace, or overlooking the open kitchen, create your own à la carte menu from the wide choice of starters, main courses and desserts.
Our brasserie is open 7 days a week for lunch and dinner, and our restaurant is open for lunch on Sundays and dinner every day except Tuesday and Wednesday.
