The Deux Tilleuls house is a large pre-18th century rural building that has been carefully restored, retaining the character of Périgord architecture. The property is set in 6 hectares of woodland and meadows, in an undulating landscape. It enjoys absolute peace and quiet.
The house is surrounded by a garden planted with trees and flowers, with two terraces and a secure swimming pool. The house is surrounded by a 5000 m2 garden planted with trees and flowers, with two terraces and a secure 11x5m swimming pool. All rooms enjoy lovely views of the campagne.
Between woods and meadows, where horses graze, the gentle pace of life reigns supreme and everything calls for tranquility. Every room in the house has been carefully decorated, with exposed beams, antique furniture, antique objects and bookcases.
The property is located five kilometers from Vergt, a small village with all amenities and a weekly market.
In the heart of Périgord, far from the tourist crowds and off the beaten track, the central location of Les Deux Tilleuls is halfway between Bergerac and Périgueux, two pretty towns with very different characters. Just a few kilometers further on, you can easily reach the Dordogne's cultural and natural highlights.
