Ideally located in the heart of Périgord and its many tourist sites (Sarlat, Lascaux cave, Brantôme, Bergerac...), 8 minutes from Périgueux town center (Périgord markets, restaurants, mimos festival, Vesunna...) but in campagne and in the middle of fields, Clos de l'Erbétie gîte is part of a fully renovated 16th century fortified farmhouse.

Our gîte comprises 3 bedrooms, including a mezzanine with a king-size bed (2X90X200), another bedroom with a queen-size bed (160X200) and a children's bedroom with 2 single beds; a large living room with salon and dining room, a fully-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, a shower room, a toilet, a laundry room, a terrace with deckchair and plancha and a wooded park.
