Born in Périgord in 2013, BAM illustrates another facet of this territory rich in flavors. The beers we propose are inspired by this land, our journey and encounters.
At the end of 2021, our brewery became much too narrow, we move in a room of more than 1000m ² located in Périgueux.
This new brewery allows to adapt the production to the demand but also to open a Taproom.
"Taproom? But what is it ? "It's a bar in a brewery!
At the Taproom of the BAM, 14 pressure spouts will allow you to discover all our beers comfortably installed in an indus universe.
Let's talk about our beers! A permanent range of 9 different beers to which we add ephemeral beers that we brew according to our desires and the seasons.
You can discover our Tatou (a summer ale) blond with fruity notes brought by the hops.
Don't like bitterness? Try our Sakura (ginger ale), a beer brewed with fresh ginger that is very balanced and refreshing.
For hop lovers, we have just what you need with our Fish Moi IPA or Chaetophractus Villosus (DIPA).
Dark beer fans will not be left out with the Igor Perry, a big and hearty Imperial Stout or the Joseph et la Chocolaterie (Chocolate Porter), brewed in collaboration with the Chocolaterie Joseph of Périgueux.
Not to mention the Nuit Blanche, a white beer with citrus notes, the Breads Not Dead, a beer brewed from unsold bread, the Hombre and many others!
