Beauchamp is a traditional 19th century Perigord stone farmhouse with two adjoining three-bedroom gîtes, each accommodating up to six people and each with its own heated pool. Located in the peaceful Dordogne countryside, 5 minutes from the medieval town of Monpazier and 35 minutes from Sarlat
THE MONPAZIER HOUSE (200 m² on one level) classified 4 stars by the Ministry of Tourism of the Perigord, has a private garden facing south with a terrace and a tornado that can accommodate up to 12 people for outdoor meals with a barbecue, a ping-pong table, deckchairs and a 10×4 heated saltwater pool open from April to the end of September.

They are not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
THE EYMET HOUSE (130 m²) classified 3 stars by the Ministry of Tourism of the Périgord has a private garden oriented east-west with terrace and tornnelle which can accommodate up to 6 people for outdoor meals with barbecue, deckchairs and a 5x3m above ground heated swimming pool, open from April to end of September.

The houses are separated by a non-functional barn of 100 m². Completely renovated in 2022, both houses are extremely well equipped and comfortable, guaranteeing a pleasant stay.
Beauchamp is the ideal starting point to discover the Dordogne. The bastides of Belvès and Beaumont, the Dordogne river surrounded by medieval villages and fortresses are 15 minutes away. The main town of Bergerac is 40 minutes away. Driving in the other direction, 30 minutes away you can visit the beautiful Bastides of Villereal and Monflanquin in the Lot-et-Garonne.
