Welcome to Villa de Barbelle

The Barbelle villa is located in Paleyrac (le buisson de Cadouin), a small village heart in the Périgord Noir region near the Dordogne river.

This gîte is our main home, so it is perfectly equipped.

The home consists of the main house and an independent studio.
- The main house has 4 large bedrooms, 1 shower room and a bathroom as well as 2 toilets

•  Bedroom 1: master suite with 1 x 160cm bed, TV, shower room, WC, dressing room and bay window opening onto wooden terrace.
•  Bedrooms 2 and 3: these are the children's bedrooms, 15.5m² each with a 160cm bed and 1 desk.
•  Bedroom 4: this is an 11m² guest room with a 140cm bed and TV.

The Barbelle villa boasts a large salon, dining room and open-plan kitchen of over 80m² where you'll find all modern conveniences (coffee maker, ovens, dishwasher, food processors, fridge, freezer, induction hob, etc.).
Outside, a large 70m² wooden terrace connects with the 4.5 x 9 heated pool, secured by an integrated curtain and equipped with balneotherapy and massage jets. You can also use the aquabike.
A large covered terrace with a large garden table and salon will welcome you and offer shade and protection. You can also cook on a large plancha grill.

The 30m² self-contained studio is equipped with a 160cm bed, its own shower room, kitchen, toilet and a small salon area with TV. It's ideal for a couple seeking seclusion, and can also accommodate a small child.

The 5000m² garden fully fenced in, features a ping-pong table and a very large wooden hut (8m²) where children and teenagers can relax or have fun.
Also a basketball backboard and a soccer cage.

Our vegetable garden will offer you its fruits and vegetables free of charge, and our henhouse its eggs. Chicken coop and garden are self-sufficient...

A footpath leads from the house. The area is very quiet. Supermarkets are close by (3km), as are restaurants, etc. From the villa in Barbelle, you can reach all of the following the tourist sites of the Dordogne. The Dordogne river and Paleyrac beach are 1 km away.

Our pet cat will be spending the vacations with you, often out and about, so you may not see him.

You are responsible for your own cleaning, which means that you must leave the house in the same condition as you found it, with the exception of sheets and towels, which we will wash.
