On a park of one hectare, The hamlet of Laurières has 8 cottages framed wood of 45 m² fully equipped with each two bedrooms (one with 1 bed in 140, the other 2 beds in 0.90) including:
-4 cottages of plain feet
- 4 gîtes with mezzanine
Description of the Lodgings
– Cottages of plain feet:
One-foot house of 45 m² which can accommodate 5-7 people consisting of a large living room and a fully equipped kitchen.
Two bedrooms, a children's bedroom and a parent bedroom, as well as a bathroom with shower and WC complete the whole. In the sitting area a convertible sofa can allow to have 2 extra beds.
A house with a single room for two people is also at your disposal.
– Lodgings with mezzanine:
Floor House of 45 m² which can accommodate 5-7 people.
It is made up of a living room and a bedroom upstairs. On the ground floor you can find the parents bedroom, living room with equipped kitchen, shower room and WC.
The fully fenced pool for the joys of bathing, a room, library, television.
A playground with a boules pitch, ping pong, volleyball.
Everything to spend a very good holiday with family and friends.
The gites of the hamlet of Laurières are located in the south of the Dordogne, between Bergerac and Sarlat on the road of the Bastide and abbeys.
