On a one-hectare park, le Hameau des Laurières offers 9 fully-equipped 45 m² wood-frame gîtes, each with two bedrooms (one with 1 140cm bed, the other with 2 0.90cm beds), including :
-5 single-storey gîtes
- 4 gîtes with mezzanine

Description of cottages

- Gîtes on one level:

One-storey house of 45 m² that can accommodate 5-6 people, comprising a large living room and fitted kitchen.
Two bedrooms, one for children and one for parents, plus a bathroom with shower and WC complete the ensemble. In the salon corner, a convertible sofa can provide 2 additional beds.

A one-bedroom house for two people is also available.

- Gîtes with mezzanine:

45 m² two-storey house for 5-7 people.
It comprises salon and a bedroom upstairs. On the first floor are the master bedroom, living room with fitted kitchen, shower room and WC.

Services

The fully enclosed swimming pool for the joys of swimming, a hall, library and television.
Playground with boules pitch, pingpong and volleyball.
Everything you need for a great vacation with family and friends.

Location:

Les Gîtes du Hameau Des Laurières are located in the south of the Dordogne, between Bergerac and Sarlat, on the route des Bastides et Abbayes.
800M from the small village of Saint Avit Senieur, a medieval village of character with its World Heritage Abbey, and at the start of 3 hiking trails.

Tours and activities

There are many places to visit around the hamlet:
The Friends of St Avit association will be on hand to take you back in time and help you discover the history of our beautiful village.
As night falls, you'll want to take an evening stroll through "the murmurs of St Avit", unique in the Aquitaine region, where the village buildings are ablaze with light.
Biron castle, the bastide of Monpazier with a visit to its former convent.
The village of Molière, the last English bastide.
The bastide town of Beaumont du Périgord, founded in 1272.
Belvès one of the most beautiful villages in France, with troglodyte dwellings unique to the Périgord.
Le Buisson, Cadouin with its cloistera masterpiece of Gothic art and a World Heritage Site, Maxange caves a wonderful discovery.
Château des Milandes Josephine Baker's former home, with its birds of prey show.
Castelnaud museum of war in the Middle Ages.
